PlayPodz Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the PlayPodz platform, operated by Innoplex Ventures Private Limited. They are the same terms shown inside the PlayPodz app, presented below for each audience that uses the platform.
For Parents & Guardians

These terms govern your use of the PlayPodz Parent Portal. By using the portal you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
Use of Service
The portal is provided exclusively for parents and guardians of students enrolled at partner schools. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@playpodz.com of any unauthorised access.
Photos, Videos & Respectful Use
Photos and videos shared through the portal may include other children in your child's class. They are shared with you for personal, family use only. Please do not post, forward, or otherwise redistribute media that shows other children without the consent of their parents or guardians.
Content & Intellectual Property
School communications, curriculum materials, and platform content remain the intellectual property of the respective school or PlayPodz and may not be reproduced or redistributed except as these terms allow.
Content Retention & Deletion
Content on the portal is kept for defined periods and then removed automatically: daily updates with their photos, notices, and planners after 2 years; activity videos after the short window shown on each video; notifications after 60 days. Financial records (invoices, receipts, payslips) are retained for 8 years as required by law, in anonymised form where an account has been deleted. If you wish to keep photos, videos, or documents, save or download them while they are available. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Payments
Fee transactions recorded through the portal are subject to the school's fee, refund, and cancellation policies. PlayPodz is a technology facilitator and is not a payment processor, bank, or party to the transaction; payment disputes should be raised with the school.
Service Availability
We work to keep the portal available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" basis. Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlayPodz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access for misuse of the portal or breach of these terms, normally after notifying you or the school.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app; continued use of the portal after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

The portal is provided exclusively for authorised staff of partner schools. Access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the permissions of your assigned role.

Confidentiality & Data Handling
Student, family, and school records accessed through the portal are confidential. Use them only for legitimate school duties, do not share them outside authorised channels, and handle photos and videos of children with particular care. Your actions in the portal may be logged for audit purposes.
